Agenda Tradeshow: A Look into the Future

Huntington Beach is a straight up mad house right now. With the hot mess that is the Nike US Open of Surfing going on alongside the hipster session of the Agenda trade show smack across the street -- it's a basket of industry folk, underage spray-painted girls, meat heads that perve on aforementioned girls, and pro athletes. Through the kicked up dust storm and sticker-clad surf fans, SNOWBOARDER's Laura Austin found the trade show. We applaud her for that.

Agenda is a perfect spot to see the fast approaching future of action sports apparel, streetwear, trends, and accessories. It's also a perfect spot to run into familiar faces, shoot the shit, and apparently have meetings at the pool across the street from the ocean.

I got swallowed by the sand, spray paint, and scary 14-year-olds making me feel bad about my body. Here is what SNOWBOARDER had to say about Agenda:

I don't know about you, but I've been to the future... and it is filled with guys sporting slicked back hair and mustaches. The Agenda Tradeshow in Huntington Beach is always an interesting show to check out. The brands exhibiting aren't exclusively snowboarding so you get a peek at what is coming up in other areas like skateboarding and streetwear. After walking around the show for a few hours, slapping hands, and meetings by the pool, things kicked off at Detroit Bar in Costa Mesa for the Aerial7 party featuring the Beat Junkies as the musical entertainment.
