Alec Majerus, making his Dew Tour debut after winning the GatoradeFree Flow Tour crown last month, led by a seven-point margin before Decenzo's consistency bumped him into second place. The 15-year-old am landed a front feeble and blunt slide fakie for an 88.75.
Philippe Zwijsen impressed the judges by utilizing the course inunique ways after putting together lines that others couldn't do to earn his first spot in a Dew Tour final. Mario Saenz, Eli Reed and Sierra Fellers also advanced to tomorrow's finals.
The top nine skaters from prelims will all compete again on Friday,facing Ryan Sheckler, Chaz Ortiz and points leader Greg Lutzka in theskate park finals which take place from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. with the N.E.R.D concert immediately following. Dew Tour Championships tickets are still available.
